Add to My Forums

Hi,

The following phrase I get when I click on MY FORUMS :

You do not currently have any forums in My Forums. To add forums to My Forums simply visit any forum and select add to My Forums.

I've been looking for that ADD TO MY FORUMS everywhere while in a forum and never find it.  Could you lead me to where it is please ?
